Role

Jan Senica presents over 25 years of experience successfully managing a wide range of commercial and retail projects for Healy Construction.  Jan directs the Project Management team with takeoffs, proposals and estimates.  She creates construction schedules for clients, supervises field superintendents and coordinates and schedules subcontractors.  She interacts with the client along with the building management and all staff while effectively communicating the client’s needs.  She ensures the client projects are completed with attention to detail, quality workmanship and monitors all safety protocol, budgetary concerns and scheduled timelines.

Bio

Jan is a tireless, energetic and resourceful leader who enjoys home remodeling projects, creating new culinary dishes, gardening, reading and spending time with family including her grandson and family dog.
